It's a rainy day in Asheville today with threats of snow. On days like this all most people want to do is cuddle up on the couch and watch a movie (or if you're in the mood, search for Asheville area real estate). But if you're not at work and you want to head out, here are some things to consider:
And if you need to get the kids out of the house but can't take them to the park, consider taking them to Mountain Play Lodge in Arden or The Tree House in North Asheville.
Don't let this rainy Thursday get you down, get out and explore Asheville (you may just have to take an umbrella).
Asheville is an eclectic town that attracts those looking for a fun place to live, those looking for a 2nd home or those simply looking to relocate/retire. Asheville has been voted Beer City USA, it's been named one of the tastiest towns in the south, and is in the running for the top spot (vote here), and it's a great place to catch some great entertainment.
Our Office Manager, Shannon Paris, is a big fan of the Asheville scene and goes to live shows as often as possible. This past weekend she attended the Steep Canyon Rangers concert at The Orange Peel and had a great time. I'm sure if you ever head into town and want to know what to do she can give you some great tips.
If you've ever been to Asheville or you already live here, what are some of your favorite things to do?
