It's another new year and if you're like most everyone else you have a set of new goals to reach. Here at The Puffer Team we make goal setting a part of not only our business, but our personal, physical, spiritual and financial life as well. As a team we track our progress and we motivate each other to reach our potential. It's always interesting to look back over the last year and see where we ended up, did you finish 2013 the way you planned?
In a recent team meeting we watched a TED Talk by Diana Nyad, it really put everything in perspective and we thought it was worth sharing.
"When you achieve your dreams it's not about what you get but who you have become in achieving them."
